/ SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping and cost
Shipping is free if the customer's total shopping cost is $200 or more. However, this only applies within the state of New Jersey. It is the customer's responsibility to ship to customers outside of New Jersey. In the case of international shipping costs, if you specify a New Jersey shipping company and notify us after payment of the shopping and shipping costs, we will help you deliver it as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping method and delivery time
If you place an order after payment, we will do our best to ship it once or within 48 hours.
After payment, please inform us of the shipping company in New Jersey, USA, and we will do our best to deliver within the same day or within 48 hours.
3. Shipping restrictions
We can't ship if there are shipping restrictions, such as delivery to certain countries or mailboxes. In some cases, state law may not allow some products to be shipped to certain locations.
4. Missing or lost packages
There are a number of reasons why a package may be lost or subject to shipping exceptions, most of which are beyond our control. However, if the package is lost, we will guide you through our guides and resources and provide you with information and guidance. The resolution of any claim is based on the value of that carrier claim.
5. International shipping
If you offer international shipping, you will want to include a statement on who is responsible for customs and import duties. Showcase your international shipping policy by communicating which carrier handles your international shipments and who takes care of international taxes, charges, and any additional fees.

6. Return and exchange information
If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can return it and receive a refund according to the exchange/return policy below.

Return and Exchange Period: Returns and exchanges can only be made within 7 days of payment. However, if it is performed differently from the contract, it can be done within one month.
In the case of a return due to a simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for 15% of the return shipping fee.
